LHH is working with a great company who is looking for a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans, meet sales targets, and exceed customer expectations.

Your primary duties will include :

• Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Negotiate and close sales deals in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Requirements :

• Proven track record of successful sales experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

This is a direct hire position that pays $50,000 - $70,000 dependent on experience. This position includes bonus and full benefits.

Pay Details : $45, to $60, per year
